Thinking about it now, it's amazing how much I have retained from Scientology. I remember thinking "there's no way I will remember it all" but honestly, what LRH said about clearing your words to full understanding is true - it will stick.
My top 10 most useful things in the training side of Scientology/things that help me daily:
*The Code of Honour
*The five things that make up illogic
*Different tones have different realities (check out the Hubbard Chart of Human Evaluation, it’s a gem, have fun!)
*Two rules for happy living
*Ethics on the 8 Dynamics
*12 Traits of an SP
*Also tone scale related: spotting the 1.1 “Covert Hostility” tone
*OCA questions - often I have a cognition in every day life on a question and magically, I answer the question the next time better than I did before. Like if I was being critical but I also encouraged, I’d spot it (it’s a question, for those that don’t know) and well I guess “blow some charge” haha.
*”Grant beingness” - sometimes it’s hard to accept other’s realities but if one can do this unresentfully, it REALLY goes a long way with ARC.
And that’s my list! Let me know if any of you would like references to any of these :)
